csv fálj UTF-8 formátum

Question

A házi feladat kiírása szerint:
A szkript kimenete egyrészt egy UTF-8 kódolású, fejléccel ellátott CSV fájl. A fájl tartalma
a következőhöz hasonló:
"Machine","Share","RemoteConnections"
"192.168.250.128","C$","1"
"192.168.250.100","C$","0"
"192.168.250.100","Files","12"

Ezek szerint kell készítenünk egy unicode - writert ? Mert ha csak simán a csv.writert használom és megnyitom az output.csv fájlt, amibe a kimenetem került, akkor is UTF-8 kódolást jelez

Szerintem ez csak annyit jelent, hogy amikor megnyitod a kimeneti fájlt írásra, akkor az UTF-8 kódolást jelzed.

kimenet = open([fájlnév], 'w', encoding='utf-8')

így hibát dob... invalid keyword argument for this function van valami ötleted , hogy mit nem csinálok jól ?
